How it works

Runs in your browser. No account needed. Your stats and progress are saved locally on your device.

Creator

Built by 91GameStreet. Part of the 91 puzzle game family alongside Sudoku91, Worldle91, and Minesweeper91.

The original Nerdle

Nerdle was created by Richard Mann, a British data scientist, together with his children (including his daughter Imogen) and software developer Marcus Tettmar. It launched in January 2022, right after Wordle took off. The idea was simple: take the Wordle format and swap letters for math. You guess a hidden equation instead of a hidden word. It caught on fast.

Nerdle91 & the original

Nerdle91 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original Nerdle or its creators. We built it independently as our own take on the equation-guessing format. We added modes the original doesn't have (Mini, Pro, Speed, Theme variants), bilingual support in English and Spanish, and detailed per-mode statistics. It's part of the 91 puzzle game family alongside Sudoku91, Worldle91, and Minesweeper91.
